Counselling and Psychotherapy

  • Is Counselling better for me? If you feel like your past was generally satisfactory before your current problems have emerged, perhaps counselling is more suitable for you at this point.
  • Is Psychotherapy better for me? If you feel like your current difficulties are related to your previous experience, it might reflect a longstanding issue that should be addressed in psychotherapy.  Sometimes, our present problems have psychological and emotional roots in the past.


Consultation

  • Individual: I have some disturbing emotions and thoughts lately. Do I need treatment? What kinds? Am I normal? 
  • Parents: How can we help our child to improve his temper?
  • Couples: How should we say things to each other without coming off judgmental? 
  • School: Some female students have very poor body image. How can we help them? 
  • Corporate: How can we help our team leaders to be more effective in building team spirit? 


 

Assessment

  • Mental health assessment: An in-depth evaluation of a person’s mental health condition, emotional coping skills and overall level of wellbeing.
  • Cognitive/Intelligence Assessment: A standardized evaluation of a person’s level of intelligence.
  • Personality Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation of a person’s personality style and relationship patterns.
